The Sorriso has the same ingredients as our classic pinsa crust, including our revolutionary blend of non-GMO wheat, soy, rice, and sourdough flours. The difference? Instead of an oval-shaped crust to garnish with pizza toppings, the Pinsa Sorriso is smaller in size and can be folded into a pocket-like half-oval to fill with any sandwich ingredients your heart desires.
Pinsa’s unique 72-hour cold fermentation process and 80% hydrated dough makes it light, airy, and easy to digest. Plus, unlike most bread, our Sorriso is free of added sugars and fats. Once baked, pinsa is soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and, while practically weightless, is packed with flavor. It’s the perfect base for your favorite fresh sandwich fillings.

Simply toast our par-baked Sorriso in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 500 degrees—just enough for its edges to get golden brown. Then, fill the Sorriso with arugula, prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes.
