Ingredients:
- Pedone Pinsa crust
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 10 grape tomatoes, halved
- 5 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly grated parmesan
Directions:
- Bake your pinsa crust to desired crispiness—around 8-10 minutes in a 425°F oven
- While pinsa is baking, melt butter and pesto in a medium pan
- Add halved tomatoes to pan and sautee for 2-3 minutes
- Add eggs and whisk in pan
- Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat and top with salt and pepper
- Remove crust from oven and place scrambled egg mixture over pinsa

Ingredients:
