Strawberry and Nutella

The only thing better than chocolate covered strawberries? A pinsa inspired by them! Nutella is the perfect, chocolatey spread for a dessert pinsa base. When topped with fresh strawberries and garnished to perfection, it crafts the perfect Valentine’s Day treat.

Ingredients:

  • Pinsa crust
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 5 strawberries, sliced thinly
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions:

  • Crisp your crust in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
  • Remove crust from oven and spread Nutella evenly around crust
  • Place strawberries around crust
  • Drizzle honey and lightly dust powdered sugar over top

Raspberry Cheesecake

Indulge in this Rome-antic dessert—inspired by raspberry cheesecake! A creamy base combined with tart raspberries complement the crisp, airy texture of a Pedone Pinsa crust perfectly.

Ingredients:

  • Pinsa crust
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar mixture
  • ½ cup of softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • ¼  cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Thinly sliced mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Sprinkle your pinsa crust with cinnamon sugar and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes
  • While crust is baking, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and raspberry jam until mixed well and fluffy, about 2 minutes
  • Let crust cool for a few minutes, then spread cream cheese mixture evenly across top
  • Layer raspberries atop mixture, then sprinkle generously with graham cracker crumbs
  • Finish by garnishing with thinly sliced mint leaves

  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 lady fingers, cut into thirds
  • Double shot of espresso
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions:

  • Crisp your pinsa crust in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes
  • While crust is baking, combine mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla extract until well-mixed
  • Evenly spread mascarpone mixture across crust
  • Dunk each piece of lady finger into espresso, then place around crust
  • Finish by dusting cocoa powder over top
