Tuna negitoro is a flavorful fusion using soy and ginger marinated tuna, paired perfectly with garlicky mayo, a three cheese blend, and fresh garnishes atop our hand-pressed pinsa crusts.

Start with your favorite Pinsa crust

Top with:

  • EVOO
  • Fontina, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses
  • Garlicky mayo drizzle

Then bake!

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Bake 7-10 Minutes
Drop spoonfuls of tuna negitoro over crust. Garnish with lemon zest, scallions, fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
