Pickle Pancetta

Calling all pickle lovers: this is the pinsa for you. Made with a garlicky spread of your choice, dill pickles, crispy pancetta, and of course some fresh dill.

Start with your favorite Pinsa crust

Top with:

  • Garlic & herb cheese spread
  • Dill pickles
  • Freshly grated parmesan

Then bake!

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Bake 5-7 minutes
Top with crisped pancetta pieces and finish with fresh dill to complete this dill-icious pinsa.
