Spread ricotta around our par-baked pinsa crust, then season to your liking. Sprinkle shaved brussel sprouts and thinly sliced red onion around over top. Drizzle EVOO over veggies and place into a high-heat oven—remove when it's crisped to your liking. Finish by sprinkling crispy pancetta, drizzling hot honey, and grating fresh parmesan over top. Top with:

  • Ricotta
  • Shaved brussel sprouts
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • EVOO

Then bake!

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Bake 7-10 minutes
