Acorn Squash, Goat Cheese, and Pear Pinsa

    This fall fusion pinsa is perfect for autumn nights. The right balance of sweet, savory, and spicy toppings baked onto a hand-pressed Pedone Pinsa crust creates an irresistible dish for a cozy night in.

    ingredients:

    1. Pedone Pinsa crust
    2. Extra virgin olive oil
    3. Acorn squash
    4. Pear slices
    5. Toasted walnuts
    6. Hot honey

    Directions:

    • Slice squash in half, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then roast in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes
    • Remove squash from oven, let cool then cut into ¼  inch slices and cut off skin
    • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over pinsa crust
